The staff at the bar were helpful and kind as i got an iced vanilla coffee. They also had danishes but the bad thing was is that they run out knowing that helpers would be coming through they should have been more prepared. The seating was nice plush and comfortable. i loved how the black had bro is walls, neon lights and palm plants. it gave it a vintage, chic yet industrial look. The outside was nice too with the wall art mural by the parking lot. definitely a nice place if you're going to have an event.

The cocktail hour outside during golden hour was such a beautiful start and setting to celebrate their love. The weather was also cooler which was ideal. I know a lot of venues for weddings are pretty strict for who can cater but it was nice to see that this venue was flexible as it was a cater that I was used to seeing at Vietnamese wedding all across Florida. When we went inside, it was a huge ballroom and was decorated nicely. Our friends had amazing little stations- some for take home memorabilia, a ramen station for later, etc. Overall, a great location for a wedding!

When I asked her if she was there to help, she mentioned that she was the owner and she always hung around for the events. She claimed that she was there to help, but she was just there hovering, mingling with our guests, and taking pictures. She was just watching us the ENTIRE time pointing out everything that was wrong or not up to her standard. DON'T BOOK IT!! We were there to celebrate a very big milestone of one our our family members. We had 1.5 hours to decorate and setup. Our event was from 6p-10p. She reminded us at 9:58p that we had TWO minutes left!!! We were so worried about leaving on time so that it wouldn't cost us our deposit, that we had to tell our guests to leave so we could clean up. How embarrassing! DON'T BOOK IT!! The venue is a nice little house that has been split into both a home and a venue. With that being said, it stinks like pets inside, the kitchen is DIRTY, the refrigerator is disgusting, and the oven looks like it hasn't been wiped since it was purchased. DON'T BOOK IT!! Her tone was very demeaning and not welcoming at all. We paid to rent the venue and enjoy our time with family and friends. The added stress because of her presence and continuous negative feedback was very unnecessary. Planning and executing an event is stressful as it is. DON'T BOOK IT!!

I had the displeasure of doing business with an unlicensed, unprofessional stylist that rents a…read moresuite here. She has blatantly taken $609 of my hard earned money by purporting herself to be a professional stylist that works here. She was commissioned to make a handmade custom wig for me(2x6 closure with 4 bundles) Instead she purchased a cheap premade glueless wig with closure that doesn't meet the criteria of what I asked for and attempted to give it to me as if I wouldn't know any better after she failed miserably to bleach the knots. I refused to take it with me and asked for a refund. She first denied my request and then she agreed to the refund but still won't give it to me. She has blocked my numbers and my social media accounts-leaving me without my money or the wig. It's literally theft at this point. To make matters worst, this unscrupulous so called stylist has no braiding license, no cosmetology license and no business registered with the state of Florida. I was told by the owner of this business that she didn't need any credentials because she's a sole proprietor and falls under his licenses. I'm not sure if the legality of that but I highly recommend that if you choose to work with someone in the beauty industry that works here, you need to do your due diligence and check for their credentials. There are people out here with nothing to lose renting spaces in this building and scamming people. Seemingly anything goes here as long as self proclaimed stylist have the funds to rent a space.
