I walked into my amazing smelling house ( like it smells when I cook all day) and did nothing but eat and talk to my guests. That is priceless. The veal parm was an excellent choice as was the penne with rosa sauce. I got many compliments on the food. Bread was delicious. I will do this again. Maybe my Thanksgiving dinner?? We received so many compliments from our guests on how delicious the food was. It was so easy to work with John on all of our details even when I changed them several times. The price of the venue and food was extremely reasonable. We were there the entire day setting up and prepping everything and ourselves and the staff was over the top helpful to us. Molly especially went above and beyond for us all day long. She was so kind, caring and helpful until the very end. Her pleasant demeanor and helpfulness far exceeded our expectations. We are so happy we chose this venue for our small wedding. Thank you Unwined and White Oak Manor!!

We started with the crab bisque, fried flounder sandwich with crab fries, chicken piccata and we took the chocolate cake home for later. Everything we had at the cafe was made to order and delicious, with obvious attention to presentation. The soup had nice chunks of crab, but a little less creamy than what I was used to. The flounder sauce and fish was very yummy, but I wished I had more of that sauce on the side. The filet was ever so slightlyyyyyy overcooked. My wife found the chicken too thick, thinking it could've been pounded a little thinner and with more capers. Other than that, she found the dish delightful. It would have been a five star night except for these nit picky issues.

Six of us made a reservation at the restaurant for Wednesday dinner but arrived early to check out the farm and surroundings. It was a beautiful evening so we started out with a walk down to the water and a look see of the vineyards. Next we went to the tasting room and found we were the only people there. The Tasting Room server was very friendly and got us all set up at a long table with flight cards. I ordered a white flight and all were very refreshing and delicious, my favorite being the Pinot Blanc which had notes of lemon zest, peach and orange rind. Very very tasty. The flight of four was $25 with generous pours. Next we moved into the restaurant area for our dinner reservation. Isabelle provided exceptional service and was attentive and friendly. The Harvest Caesar Salad (salads are safe again, y'all!) was very interesting. It looked nothing like a traditional Caesar and was phenomenal. Isabelle explained the chef does some sort of magic with the cheese. Wow! Several of us ordered the Rockfish entree which was described as being pan prepared and encrusted with blue and yellow corn. It came with saffron rice, asparagus and tomatillo relish. I don't even know what words can do this dish justice other than a simple, "OMG!" I would describe it as tasting, "earthy," and I mean that as the highest compliment. We finished off with a Key Lime Cheesecake which was smooth and flavorful. Isabelle then humored us with our request for group photos then we went outside to enjoy the huge patio swing at sunset.
