This is such a laid back and nice brewery! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Sit wherever you'd like and relax. The night we came, they had live music. The musician was Sydney, she had a wonderful voice and was very entertaining. There was a food truck out on the patio. It was a great place to unwind from the week. I'd definitely come back here to hangout with friends. The beers are light and refreshing. I love that they offer seltzers as part of their menu. Great for non beer drinkers. read more

Stopped by here while coming through the area after visiting the national park. There is a row of breweries all on the same strip, and this was by far our favorite one. Staff was great, super friendly and very attentive. Great selection of beers to chose from and they offer flights. Dogs are welcome and there were a ton of them :) they had "Asian Taco" as their food cart in the back and that was delicious and they dropped food right to your table. Recommend this as a stop on your trip :) read more

I had the pleasure of checking out Simply Brewing Co. during their soft opening, and wow--what a fantastic addition to the Visalia Brewery District! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with an industrial-chic vibe that fits right in with the neighborhood's energy. Their craft beer had bold flavors, creative blends, and something for every palate. The IPA was a personal favorite--perfectly balanced with just the right amount of hop. They also had a Blonde that was rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. Can't leave out Morph's Red which was also a great addition to the soft opening trio. The staff was super knowledgeable and friendly, happy to chat about the brewing process and offer samples to help you find your new favorite pour. Bonus points for the outdoor patio space--it's the perfect hangout spot with friends and family and grab a bite from the food truck, or to wind down after a long day. Saw some kiddos enjoying it too! Whether you're a local or just passing through, this place is definitely worth a stop. Can't wait to see how they grow in the coming months--Visalia just got a little more flavorful! read more

Chill spot... they allow pups and kiddos. Staff/ owners are very friendly. They don't have their own food but do have food trucks visit. They also allow you to bring your own items in for eating. First time here but will definitely be back with again with the pups now that we know they are allowed. read more

Just tried this brewery for the first time. Got the IPA and Cream Ale, both were pretty mid and flat. I don't mind the price 8.50ish or so a pint its normal price, but can can I at least get a full glass? Both our pints poured were almost 2 inches from the rim. Still tipped but that's ridiculous and skimpy. Never been to a brewery/pub that didn't at least fill the glass. We won't be back. read more

Finally came to check out this new spot after being hyped of the apple beer. There were a group of guys blocking the "order here" area, so I stood to the side of them. A long line suddenly formed and the bartender skipped me. I flagged down the bartender (la dodger hat, curly haired female) letting them know I was next. She pointed to the line and asked if I was there before them. I said yes & began ordering. She read back my order and I corrected her. We had to wait for the keg to be refilled. I notice she brought everyone's drink but MINE. Clearly I rubbed her the wrong way so I had another person ask about my beer. She said she read back my order and I didn't order another beer. She then charged again for the same beer. We paid twice for the same drink. For a family friendly establishment, it needs some work on their employees. (I'll update this review if we decide to go back & experience something better) read more
