She cleaned my underarms & prepped them for the wax. She put the hot wax on my underarms and got to work. Of course there was some pain, but nothing unbearable. What she could not get with the ear, she plucked and I could barely feel the plucking. She put a serum on afterwards and I was done. The girl at the front desk said this service was complimentary since it was my first time here. She also gave me a goody bag and showed me what was inside. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience. I had never let anyone touch my brows and I didn't even tweeze them myself. I've heard and seen horror stories of messing up your brows. Cristie is a magician! She knows how to shape your brows, lets you know what she's doing and makes sure you are happy before you leave her chair.
