Last week, my hot water faucet stopped working and after disassembling, I found that the spring was forced into the outflow hole instead of under the rubber grommet. He quoted me a very reasonable quote and what surprised me was how quickly he said he was going to be done , despite having another commitment he was currently working on. We do not have a shower curtain (they haven't installed the rod I bought), we do not have a handheld shower head, and the door to the bathroom was not installed as asked. Maybe the service is better for bigger jobs? I don't know, but I wouldn't recommend using MGR based on my experience.
