The other is part of a 40 yr old club card set of wooden/cane chairs on casters. On that the bottom of one leg had broken away from the caster. He explained what he was going to do before starting and what to expect. When the repair was completed he showed us the final product, reinforced what he did, had us inspect the work to assure our satisfaction, and reviewed proper care of the tub and surround. It was amazing that you could not see where the repair was made! Great work Julian. I will certainly contact you with any future repairs we may need.

I understand things can happen beyond our control but communication goes a long ways! Upon final inspection of completed work the paint was buckling. So I requested it be fixed. Photos will show areas needing repairs and completed repairs. This way potential customers can judge the workmanship for themselves. In conclusion I think they are worthy of being hired... Just communicate when running late. And do a thorough inspection of work area & surrounding areas upon leaving.
