Not only did we get the chance to meet and greet, but they even had a "Fun" free introduction day for kids. They did the office up in Dr. Seuss theme, with a free goodie bag (including a full Dr. Seuss book!), tour of the dental chair and tools, face painting, craft stations and much more. Although Springbank Dental is quite a bit of a drive out of my way, Dr. Szott and his staff make it worthwhile. I am actually wanting to transfer over myself from my close to home dentist. However, when the Dentist came in to let me know I had SEVEN cavities, I was completely taken aback. My last dental checkup was 6 months ago, and I only had a small cavity at that point. Once my appointment concluded I asked the receptionists to send me my X-rays. I then visited with my regular Dentist at Brisebois, and they said and I quote, "I don't know what that Dentist was looking at, but it couldn't have been from these scans". He assured me we would fill the one tooth that was bothering me non-invasively and sent me home. I find this urgency to tell people they have cavities and to get them filled when they are possibly non-existent is malpractice and unethical. I can only imagine how many people have come to this office and been completely lied to and scammed. Drilling into a tooth should be an absolute last resort, and the Dentist here should not be practicing if she is that money-hungry. I am appalled, to be honest. I wish that anyone who comes here goes to another office for a second opinion because I can assure you it will be a very different response. Find yourself a dentist who doesn't want to destroy your teeth, and cares about your health and long-term wellbeing

Yearly physical - Check. Optometry appointment - Check. Dentist appointment - Check. Having hopped around so much the last couple of years, I hadn't visited a dentist since 2008 *cue horror movie music*. My first appointment back in 2 years could have gone either way, however lucky for me, I was lucky enough to see the fine people at Dental Choice. My appointment started off with Dental Hygienist Jade. She was professional, she was delightful, she was thorough and she made me feel comfortable enough to laugh, despite the multiple oral instruments in my mouth (there's a Seinfeld episode somewhere in that description...). Once Jade was through, I saw Dr. Violet Newman, who again, was nothing short of professional, friendly and thorough. Her expertise was evident within moments of meeting her and what I appreciated most was that she was honest, efficient and easy to talk to. Going to the dentist isn't my most favourite thing to do on a day off, but with the kind of staff that's at Dental Choice, looks like I'm gonna make it a point to make my two scheduled visits/year. Thank you for your expertise, thank you for your efficiency, and most of all, thank you for these brand spankin', new-lookin' pearly whites ;)

I did not appreciate or enjoy my experience with this business…read more Within my two visits within a year, I given hidden charges to which I had to deny in the front lobby and have them removed. Both of my visits were routine cleanings and during my last cleaning, I was told by my dentist that she wanted me to hang tight while she grabbed the head dentist. He sat down and gave me some brushing tips and told me about my teethe and then I finished. Then, when I went to the front desk I was told I was being charged for the head dentist coming to see me and they told me that I asked for the service? To which I told them that I hadn't and they removed the charges. My third and last encounter was via phone. I called in to confirm my appointment today and the manager explained to me that "because I didn't confirm by booking through the automated text or email my appointment was cancelled without notice, and she explained that it said so in the email and text". I then checked to confirm if it said that in the text or email, (while still on the phone with her) and it didn't. The manager then said "oh, I'm sorry, I will be changing the emails now so they say that, but there is nothing I can do for you". Now I've missed a days work and have to find another dental choice because I will not provide this dental choice my services.

Very professional, listens and has always the best solution or provide you with the best treatment option. I had a tooth that didn't look the greatest due to a root canal, etc., needed a special touch cosmetically etc. - Dr Vranjes and also my awesome hygienist Kylie recommended to see Dr. Montemayor. Kylie - dental hygienist with a passion and positive attitude, always with her big and beautiful smile. She is the best! I was a bit afraid and waited with my decision till yesterday and OMG, Dr Isela Montemayor accompanied by lovely Kris is an artist. Kris is an angel, can't say enough good words about this beautiful soul - thank you for being so special Kris. Dr. Isela did an amazing job, made my day. I can smile and talk to people without always thinking of that tooth that was discolored and sticking out. Thank you again to all of the staff for everything they do and how they do it! I finally found my dentist clinic for life!
