**Beware!! Scammer!!** I hired this "couple" to clean my kid's apt. after moving, and paid extra to…read moreshampoo the carpet. He sent a payment link right after I booked the appt. I should have known then! I did not pay at that time so a guy actually did show up (late of course.) He sent a few pictures when he finished so I payed him. I am so angry I didn't look closer, it just didn't occur to me that he wouldn't clean! When I went over there the next day I was very upset to see the only thing he had done was rinse the cleaner off the shower and sink that I had sprayed on and vacuumed one room, not the edges or baseboards. He did not have the right cleaning products for stainless steel appliances or ceramic cooktop. I don't think he even wiped them off at all. I know he didn't clean the countertop, wipe out drawers, cabinets or refrigerator. I am not exaggerating how bad it was. He did almost NOTHING. My kid has a black lab that sheds like crazy and there was still dog hair everywhere, a dead beetle beside the toilet and the floor was still dirty, didn't even open the door to the pantry or washer and dryer areas. I took pictures and sent to him. He called immediately and offered a partial refund. I argued for full refund because I had to clean the place myself. He blocked my number and never sent anything. I would also like to note that I clearly warned him several times that it was a LOT of hair from the dog so he could decline if they didn't want to do it. ***Response: I'm sorry I said that I was working my a** off. I didn't mean to offend you. I was very angry. The bottom line is that you took a job and failed to do it. The proof is that you quickly offered a refund. You said it would take 7 days. I've waited 17 and haven't received it. The only thing I can do now is warn others. I'm very sorry it's come to this.
