The company who manages it: Sue, Jake and Simon are a different story. Jake makes promises that he can't keep. Sue isn't organized and visible overwhelmed. Didn't work with Simon much, but when we did he backtracked on a lot of his answers to questions. No one could give me a solid answer on lights. Lights were supposedly hung by a licensed electrician. I've never seen a licensed electrician leave power cords with exposed openings hanging on the side of the building. Sue is great for trying to make the property's problem, your problem. Make sure you get EVERYTHING in writing. My clients absolutely LOVED the property which is THE only reason we stayed. If you use this property, please please please, get a day of coordinator to handle the mess of Sue and Simon (Jake has been MIA for months)! Don't rely on them or you may end up with LED backyard lights!

For example, I was blown away by our bridal party's flowers - they definitely were beyond my expectations. I showed Jimmy a screenshot of a bouquet that I loved and described a few small tweaks that I preferred, but also told him that nothing had to be exact if the flowers were difficult to find in the area and time frame. He called me to tell me about what they had come up with, including outsourcing some lilies, and assured me they were going to be great. Well, indeed they were! They were so incredibly similar to the picture and even better than I imagined. They continued to add so much color and vibrancy to our pictures throughout the night. They also had a wide variety of decor options that allowed us to personalize our setup (without the upgrade prices on every little thing like other companies we looked into). My husband is a biological scientist and conservation planner, which requires him to frequently travel. Not only did we not have any idea where or how to begin planning a wedding, but we also both have very little free time. From our first interaction with Shannon, we were extremely impressed. In fact, our first interaction with Shannon was on a Friday night since that was the only time that our schedules allowed us to talk with her. Throughout the nine months that we worked with her to plan our wedding, Shannon always communicated with us when it was most convenient for us - including nights, weekends, and even holidays. Because we live in Tallahassee, FL - the location of our wedding - and Table 6 Productions is located in St Petersburg, FL, Shannon communicated with us by phone and email. Shannon worked with every vendor involved in our wedding, which included negotiating and securing contracts with them. Although Shannon was working outside of the area of our wedding venue, the planning process was seamless. Shannon listened to our ideas for our wedding, and she then turned our dreams into reality. We have no idea if Shannon was working with other couples during the time that she was planning our wedding, as she never mentioned it. Shannon gave my husband and I VIP treatment, making us both feel like royalty. Since wedding planning is about your big day, why wouldn't you want to feel like you are the most important couple in the world? We set an original budget, which Shannon strived hard to adhere to. We did exceed it, but that was only by our choice. Shannon was very conscientious with regards to our budget, and she made recommendations about rentals and other aspects of our wedding that were not necessary in an attempt to stay within our original budget. Again, we only went over our original budget by choosing to have specific elements in our wedding that were not originally discussed with Shannon. Three months prior to our wedding date, Shannon made a trip to Tallahassee, FL to meet with all of our vendors, my husband, and myself. Several of our vendors mentioned to us that they were impressed that Shannon came to meet with them in person, as that is rare for other wedding planners that they've worked with - including ones who live in our area. In fact, all of our vendors and everyone involved in our wedding informed us how friendly Shannon was and what a pleasure she was to work with. Shannon's knowledge of the wedding industry, coupled with her attention to detail, allowed her to execute every aspect of planning our wedding with flawless precision and class. There is no possible way that our wedding would have come to fruition without Shannon's help. Word of warning!! DO NOT ENLIST THE SERVICES OF BOBBI PERRY AT PERFECT FLORIDA BEACH WEDDINGS!! I…read morerecently had her and her company do my wedding (October, 2014) and while the ceremony went off as expected, I was trapped into paying a ridiculous amount for my wedding photos. Here's my story: While working out the details of the contract with Bobbi, she did send me a price list of the photos and photo packages. I noted them and even saved that email and decided that I could budget $300 for fifty photos on a disc. Furthermore, I noted in her contract that there would only be edits on any photos purchased, and agreed that this was a fair and accurate thing to sign off on. Why would I need photos edited that I'm not purchasing?! So, the wedding day came and went and when I returned from our honeymoon, I had an email with a link to view the wedding proofs. Turns out, Bobbi's husband has a photography company and, lo and behold, it was his company she uses for her wedding photos. This in and of itself is fine, but I would have liked to known it upfront. The secrecy about this made it seem suspect and frankly creates a conflict of interests. She will never go to bat for her clients against her own husband. So, remember that. Anyways, while trying to select our photos, I emailed Booray (Bobbi's husband) to clarify that I could get my wind-blown hair "touched up" in the photos. He promptly replied that no photos on the disc would be edited. Imagine my shock!!! When I replied and asked what the $300 charge was for, he sent me a link to a very lengthy blog he had written in regards to why digital photos are so costly. In this blog, he used the example of charging a customer a $50 "session fee" and then making up the profits in the prints. Fine. But my "session fee" was $400 for TWO HOURS!!!!! That's quite a bit different. So, if you're keeping tabs, that brings the total to $700 for fifty UNEDITED pictures. I had several angry email exchanges with Bobbi where she even had the nerve to send me the portion of the contract that I had signed off on that discusses the pictures. Here it is: 26. EDITING Digital pictures are color corrected, corrected for exposure and cropped at the photographer's discretion. Items in the background such as people, umbrellas, volley ball nets, lifeguard stands, etc. are not removed on digital images purchased. Additional Photoshop may be applied to any prints and/or albums that are purchased and is completed at the photographers discretion. Special Requests for Photoshop are not accepted As you can clearly see, she states that additional photoshop may be applied to any prints that are purchased. Nowhere and at no time does she specify that digital pictures do not qualify. In fact, this paragraph starts with the words 'DIGITAL PICTURES"!!! Digital photos are purchased to make prints. This is an unethical misrepresentation of what products qualify. In hindsight, I should have asked for clarification. I took this to mean that the fifty photos I would purchase for $300 included editing, albeit "at the photographers discretion". I was sorely mistaken!! I spent $700 to have a guy come and devote two hours of his life to take some photos, then take five minutes and move fifty of them to a disc and drop it in the mail. If that isn't a rip-off, I don't know what is. Bobbi stated that she has never had a bride misunderstand her contract but when I asked her why her husband had a giant blog dedicated as his response to such questions if that was the case, she had no comment. Seems it's okay for her to mix business and pleasure when it is convenient for her, but she doesn't wish to discuss her husband and his business when it negates whatever absurd point she is trying to make. So, here I am, a month after my wedding, stuck. These people are the only ones with the photos of my wedding day and if I wanted any of them, I had to pay the exorbitant fee. So, I did. But, this is consumer entrapment at its finest and I want to spare any other brides from having this heartache. Please avoid Perfect Florida Beach Weddings and Bobbi Perry! Not only because of her shady business practices, but because throughout all of this, her lack of customer service and concern about me as HER client, was pathetic. I will be sending copies of our email exchanges to the Better Business Bureau and I will be posting my story on every wedding venue site I can think of to prevent anyone else from being ripped off. I hope your wedding memories aren't tarnished by a company lacking integrity like mine was.

She's kind and hard-working. Not only do I consider her to be an amazing coordinator, but I now consider her my friend. It's rare to find someone as good-hearted as Lisa. On the day of my wedding, everything went perfectly. Lisa met me in my suite while I was getting ready and gave me the cutest bag filled with little goodies. She was a calming and happy presence that morning. The reception decor turned out BEAUTIFULLY because of Lisa. She has a strong eye for decor, and she set everything up in a way that exceeded my expectations. Lisa kept the night running smoothly, and everything fell into place perfectly. My only job was enjoy myself because Lisa handled everything. She even decorated our honeymoon suite with rose petals and candles. In all, Lisa is an incredible wedding coordinator and and an even more amazing human being. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to have worked with her. She'll be the coordinator for all my future events in Tampa. I highly, highly recommend her.

It was on a Saturday but even leaving at 4 pm to be there by 5pm, and I was only 15 min away but it was still not early enough! Consider having your wedding earlier if you decide to book a wedding with this location in Pensacola. Took about 1 hr to get to my wedding! One other mishap was the violinist was late but probably due to traffic, she was a ok violinist but I wish the music was louder, the waves from the ocean were loud so you could not really hear the music that well. She also played the music I picked in the wrong order. Other than that everything was good! The set up was beautiful! Weather was perfect! Something is always going to happen on your wedding day and I hope this review will help other people with their wedding plans:)
