When I asked for some kind of refund, the tech said he would have someone call. No one ever did. I called a few months later and asked what ever happened with the request for some kind of refund or anything really. They said no notes were ever taken about anything other then trying to collect. They put me on auto pay and said someone would call about the issue of no water pressure for 6 months. I have yet to hear from anyone.
