This is almost a brand new climate controlled storage facility. It's barely a year old. It's really…read morenot been around long enough to get such a bad review prior to mine. Personally I haven't heard the first negative comment about this place. I do know they have an on-site manager and a security fence with a sturdy looking gate. It's all indoor storage! Rates start at 50.00 dollars per. month for a 5 by 5 unit to a 10 by 20 unit at 200.00 per. month. Additionally, there are many In between sizes with a host of different pricing. I usually drive by this business every day on my way to run my personal errands around town. I almost always see a couple of storage unit customers. But I never see very many! They are building another facility directly across from this one. The existing mini storage building is huge!

It's very conveniently located. The manager is really nice and I think even lives on site above the office? They units are very clean inside and have a really tall ceiling - which makes storing more things even easier and gives the unit more breathing room for hot days so your unit stays cooler than the others that have standard height ceilings. My only issue -and it's kind of a big one is the operating hours. You can only access your things between 8-6 every day ....... Which is pretty much all the times when I'm at work other than weekends. The owners won't install any lighting - even sensor lights , so they can't have anyone in there when it's dark. Hours are 8-8 in the spring/summer. But other than the hours , great place. If the hours were more convenient or 24/7 5 stars absolutely !
