The quality and durability of the orthotic was among the best I have ever had, though, and that probably was the key factor in leading me to give the business another chance when I was briefly back in the area earlier this spring. Unfortunately, the delayed shipping and prolonged phone tag situation has recurred and I still don't have the new orthotic over two months later. Mike and Michael are professional and very knowledgeable. I suffer from drop foot and am on my feet for many hours. I was uncomfortable with the basic hard plastic orthotic. It didn't give me the side support that I needed. Mike had me try a Carbon Fiber brace by Thrive. It is light weight and strong. I am able to wear it well over eight hours with no fatigue. The design is excellent as it gives me the side support that I was looking for. The Velcro straps and cushion pads lasted almost two years. I needed replacements recently and had Jenna set up an appointment for new straps. Michael assisted me and I was done in less than 15 minutes!! Great service all around! Mike is great and super attentive to all of my concerns wether it be just normal questions or issues I may be having, he always has a solution for me. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get their first prosthetic or is looking for someone new. Here's a great example of how they treat their patients. I made the mistake of breaking a valve on my socket on a Friday evening. I reached out after hours to see if there was something I could. They gave me a temporary solution AND then had some one come in on Saturday morning to fix it so I wouldn't be without a leg over the weekend.

From the very first appointment through surgery and recovery, he has been incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. He always takes the time to answer every question I have, even the ones that i know sound crazy or overly detailed, and never makes me feel rushed or dismissed. I actually flew all the way from my home in Chicago for both my orthotics consultation and molding appointments, and am currently staying out here for a month just so Dr. Fishman could perform my surgery because he's the only surgeon I trusted to do it. My sister and I even had surgery on the same day, and the entire team at the surgery center was amazing. They all had great attitudes, worked well together, spoke highly of Dr. Fishman. On top of that, I also got custom orthotics from Dr. Fishman back in December 2025 and I run my mouth about them to anyone who will listen. They are my favorite thing. Before surgery, the only time my feet didn't hurt was when I was wearing my shoes with those orthotics. The parking is located in the back and the entrance is easily accessible. While I walked in the lobby, the reception greeted and handed me some paperwork to fill out. I was then ushered into an examination room, sat on a chair and took off my shoes. The doctor came in and was very cordial, communicative and most importantly patient. He answered all my questions and assisted me with my concerns. Great experience overall.

Had she understood what her computer read, she would see I have met my individual deductible. She wanted me to pay what left of the family deductible. So she told me I need to pay $140 plus whatever services are rendered. That was upfront! I hadn't even seen the doctor yet. I knew I I wasn't responsible to pay for the office visit in full. As soon as I got in the car I called Blue Cross who told me that I was right. They put me on hold and called her and explained to her how it worked and that she should not have asked up front and taught her what she should have done. I did not return as I did not trust this office anymore. So please make sure you speak to your insurance company first and ask reception at the office to check:understand your insurance benefits BEFORE you drive all the way down there.

I haven't felt any difference and after about a week not using them much. Luckily I didn't feel the bite in my pocketbook, these inserts are pricey and I can't believe I paid for them, because I was able to use my health account for the purchase. When I heard no returns of the product I should have known, but alas I didn't listen to myself. Don't ask me why. They are not custom as they appear to have a wide variety of sizes. When they did the scanning of my feet it didn't tell me much that I think I needed to know. To me it's a selling gimmick, which shame on me I bit at. The sales person was nice. I wouldn't recommend Good Feet to my family or friends. If I could return them I would.

She took the extra time to make sure I was fitted correctly and was happy. She is manager material for sure. That location is lucky to have her. On the flip side, I initially bought my inserts in Ontario and that was a disaster. I complained that the inserts hurt, and I was told that was because my feet were in horrible shape. That is not true. I even went to the hospital to have my feet x-rayed. Instead of listening to my concerns I was told to suffer thru it. Turns out, I found out today that all three of my inserts were 2 sizes off. I know the employees name but will spare him from this ridicule. Don't go to Ontario ever.
