What meant the most was knowing that he genuinely cared about helping us through the situation, not just completing a job. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and gave me peace of mind during a very difficult and stressful time. I am incredibly grateful for Meredith and his entire team and would absolutely recommend this company to anyone dealing with water damage or needing mitigation services. He was knowledgeable, professional and let me know his credentials. We scheduled a time for him to inspect the property, and he was prompt. During his inspection he took a lot of pictures and wrote a thorough and detailed report. He explained all the issues and gave me solutions to the deficiencies he had found. Additionally, he had a few recommendations for tradesmen and craftsmen that were local that could meet my needs that I could get detailed estimates from. Unfortunately, seller's remorse made that deal fell apart. However, I liked the work Scotty did that I called him for my next potential purchase. We called him to do that inspect as well and once again, he was polite, knowledgeable, prompt, detailed, and professional. I highly suggest using Mr. Scotty Boggs for all your inspection needs.
