I came here after my wife mentioned how amazing Kelly was in treating her pregnancy back pains--which Kelly does specialize in. I've been to about 5 chiropractors in my life, Kelly has to be the best. Not only does he attack the problem, but he also tries to identify and address the underlying issue...in my case tight muscles pulling at my back. I would recommend to anyone to go to Kelly as their first stop for chiropractic needs. Additionally, his services cost the same as anyone elses despite being located in the upscale beaches neighbourhood.

Like most people who spend more than 50% of their waking day in front of a digital device, I have ridiculously tight shoulders and neck. I've been to my share of foo-foo "spa" massage places via Groupon and always left disappointed - which explains my initial hesitation. I despise waiting weeks for an appointment or playing phone tag with a receptionist - who knows if I'll need a massage in 3 weeks? I'm sore now! This place caught my attention as they have an easy online booking system with plenty of open appointment slots. I went ahead with the Groupon purchase and booked my first appointment for the following Saturday. I arrived for my appointment and filled out the typical health forms. The space is really great, well decorated, clean and calming. The massage beds are heated. Abigail did an assessment based on my range of motion and explained the treatment. I enjoy deep pressure when done correctly - e.g. with fingertips, not elbows. Abigail was amazing! She has very strong hands and knew just what to do with them. Her technique mixed in some stretching and breathing exercises while tending to tender areas. She took her time, I didn't feel rushed at all. After the massage, she gave me some literature on posture correction and exercises to do from home. I felt totally relaxed and pain-free. Success! And at $85/hr regular price (compared to $120+ at most medical clinics and spas), I will definitely come back!

While I was on my stomach, Ed pressed his crotch into my head and face while was massaging me. He also put his hands down the back of my underwear and was sliding his fingers in between my butt cheeks. There was no draping or tucking going on, the sheet was up and my body was fully exposed while he pushed his crotch on my face and head. I leaned my neck the opposite direction to try to get his crotch away from my face. I was in such shock and felt scared to say something or try to leave the situation. This is not a situation where I would feel more comfortable with a female instead. These are basic things they teach in massage school (cover peoples areas that aren't being massaged, don't lean your privates on your clients body and head, and don't put your hands in your clients underwear or slide your fingers into their butt cracks and squeeze their butts).

When I was laying flat on my stomach he was massaging my legs and as he continued to progress up my thigh his hands went up my shorts and were at the border of my butt-cheek. It was very difficult to tell if it was still professional as I felt paralyzed. The second incident happened when he started to massage my upper back and shoulders, he had to stand above my head at the top of the massage table. As he was massaging me I could feel his private parts on the top of my head. As an overall experience I do not recommend this place to anyone, it felt perverted. I highly recommend her for your Physio needs. They are also very strict with their PPE/social distancing measures and the clinic is very clean. Only downside is they make you take off your clean mask to replace with either your own unused mask or pay for one of their own. This defeats the keep mask on at all times purpose . So technically, if another patron had asymptomatic Covid symptoms and took their mask on/off hence dispersing the virus, I'm more likely to get virus too because I had to switch my mask when I entered clinic. Makes no sense to me. Aside from a soiled mask I think this mask protocol is overkill. Hence ~ 4 stars
