Paid a $175 consultation fee…read more Saturday, July 13, 2019 - I submitted documents to Lydia she requested Almost 4 weeks of radio silence followed. Tuesday, August 6, 2019 - I finally received an email response Monday, August 12, 2019 - I responded with questions Wednesday, August 21, 2019 - I followed up, no response from Lydia Monday, August 26, 2019 - I followed up again , no response from Lydia Saturday, September 7 - I followed up again, this time requesting a refund. Below is a recap of my experience with Lydia: - Extremely unresponsive - A poor communicator - Unwillingness to acknowledge her faults - Poor customer service Sadly I am out $175 which she is refusing to refund. I cannot in good faith recommend her services following my experience. I hope Lydia will consider listening to feedback in the future; as my attempt to share my how I experienced my engagement with her was ignored.
