I went looking for a coat, I am a person who wears a XL or XXL in clothing. When searching around for clothing, it was very difficult to find anything in that size there was no.XXL at all. I spoke to the floor manager, and his response was that he's not the buyer of the store and this is what they sent him. He will mention it to the buyer, but we know how far that will go. How do you open a department store knowing that there are people who are overweight and not supply clothing for all sorts of people. So I contacted there office and this is their response.
We understand your comments regarding the limited availability of sizes in women's / men's clothing. While we have made some progress, we acknowledge that there is still work to be done to meet the demand adequately.
Diversity in fashion is a very important conversation, especially today, and changes need to be made. That's why we want to take the time to do things right and implement this initiative according to our usual standards of excellence and with the respect it deserves. We hope to be able to offer a greater diversity of sizes for our fashion styles over the next years and contribute to the improvement of the fashion industry.
