If these guys call you saying they'll just charge 50.00 for diagnostic and they say they need some money to go get parts to put on your car never give them money for them to pay for parts. You will be like me sitting up here. Gave these people my money and haven't heard from them and your car still not working. They got 300 and something out of me. Run from them. Do not give them your business. Please don't. If you put on line that you're looking for a mobile mechanic and 24 Hour Mechanic pick up and call you and say he can come right out don't deal with them. Don't give Allen Wilson your money. He will not pick up your calls and he will lie to you and say he coming and he won't come. I see that i gave them 380 all together. Customers should be informed about what they are signing and provided copies for their records. Basic professionalism and transparency would go a long way. For your information! Michigan towing rules also require towing companies to provide written disclosures and an itemized invoice when requested.
