There was a spacious, inviting area for those waiting for their vehicle to be serviced. Sandy came out to greet us and get us set up and on our way. I have always been very bad when dealing with tight parking spaces so I was very grateful for the guy in the tow yard that pulled our car out of a crazy tight space. I first tried to do it but panicked and asked him to help me out... he did so without one word of complaint. The car was in good condition. We drove off the lot and went home safely. Whew!
