After visiting the showroom my husband and l picked a new gas fire within a marble surround (Half Price in Sale). We then had to await completion on our new house, when we got inside we realised the old fire was not only ugly but was off-centre on the chimney breast. When the young men came to install the new one it posed some difficulties but they were all about getting it fixed NOTHING was going to faze them. It looks AMAZING:). They were professional, polite, clean and tidied everything (taking any rubbish away with them). Just had them back today to fix a cowl on the chimney......it was done before l had chance to get round to the new house.......now that's service! read more

We had a new fireplace, kitchen,utility, bathroom and ensuite, because of this we had 8 of Simons team working for us. They were all punctual, polite and extremely helpful. All old items removed from the house were were taken away on the same day.
