His pupils are extremely dilated, and he can't walk normally. They saw him again today and gave him subcutaneous fluids and an appetite stimulant, but even that has failed to work. They have told us repeatedly that this is "normal" and might continue for several more days. I wish we had never trusted them. Avoid this place like the plague.

My kids took the dog to the clinic and we're waiting in parking lot. After about an hour with no contact I called and was told it would be a 6-8 hour wait to see the doctor and animals were triaged and the most serious taken. My dog had not been triaged and I told her so. We took him somewhere else. I got a call within minutes that the nurse was ready to triage our dog. I get how it works. I'm in healthcare myself. But if they just would've told me of the wait, I could've gone somewhere else in the first place. Ask about the wait!
