I'm 3 sessions in for the full body package and I am OBSESSED! First of all, starting with the actual services, painless, professional, and results after just one session (on my legs, underarms and bikini line, chin and upper lip are taking some time but I was warned about that!) Second, the staff- INCREDIBLE! My laser tech for the last 3 sessions has been Michelle and she's so sweet, so knowledgeable, the time goes by so quick with her since she's so easy to talk to! She's also hyper aware while we're chatting and constantly asks if I'm feeling ok as she moves the laser - which I appreciate! Bonus points for the front desk staff, so so so sweet and kind!!!!!! Third and most important - the location is super easy to access, maintained very well, so hygienic, and I couldn't ask for more! They really have thought of everything to make it a comfortable experience. I also love that they never try to upsell or push anything, but they'll let you know available options if you're interested. 10/10 recommend - if you're looking for a sign you should take the leap to get laser - this is it, and do it here!!!

Ella is very nice and she made sure I was comfortable during the process. The process it self is no joke, my God it feels like someone is putting sparklers on your face lol it's hot and you can smell it, but the process is also very quick, 20 mins max including preparation. I'm glad it was cold out, the cold felt good on my brows because my eyebrows felt hot for a good 30-45 mins after the removal. No bad reaction to my skin so far it's been 4 days and it's in the red stage which is normal. I won't know until the end of March if I need to do another session, I hope not but at least I know what to expect this time.

Reached out via dm & the responses were super fast, you have to go through vagaro and book your appointments which isn't pretty bad. I actually called in instead and spoke with the lovely manager Cassidy, she was very professional and super helpful with all 99 of my questions lol. She even booked my complimentary session for the same week & I made it my business on self love to go take care of me. Traveling & Greeting: Coming from Canarsie it was about a 45 min drive not too bad. I arrived to my appointment about 15 min early & was still greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Cassidy told me to take a seat and Miranda greeted me about 5 min earlier. Hospitality: The customer service was phenomenal I was so happy with how I was treated. Miranda made me feel super comfortable from the beginning to the end. She explained the equipment & the process and it was the best laser experience I've had so far. Laser Experience: It had some pain which is normal like pinches the process is still burning the hairs away, ( not a walk in the park lol ) but as Miranda used the laser machine she rubbed the area, like with a motherly rub. This was comforting because Im not the best at taking any type of pain lol. I was told by Miranda that her and Cassidy are best friends I thought this was cool, they worked great together, was told even Cassidy goes in to hold a hand for comfort. These ladies understand the pain of Beauty. I was even able to speak during the process my last laser process at another place I was in real tears at the end and ended up with burns. Going through that and coming to Laser express truly made me appreciate the experience more. Compassion goes far. At the end of the treatment, I was impressed end signed up for the PCOS Membership which is pretty good 10$ a month, this was a blessing. Can't wait to go back in 4 weeks for Miranda to work her magic again.
