Our bathroom remodel was supposed to take one week but due to many unforeseen issues, Pat, Joe, and Joey worked hard for three weeks to finish the job right, never losing their attention to detail. If you are looking for an honest, talented, and professional group, these are your guys! I will certainly be calling on them for my next project.

I called Patrick and he came out and looked at it - caulked the window a little, redid the inside frame and said it was all taken care of. Several months later, I was having lots of bugs in the porch and mice getting in my house. I called Patrick again and he told me "to hire a handyman to come and do some caulking". Again a couple months later, we have a big rain storm and the window is leaking again. Now I am putting sticky pads out there to see where these bugs and mice are coming from. I had to call multiple times with no call backs and sent multiple texts but finally Patrick called and came again - I showed him the sticky pads and he caulked the inside of the porch, caulked the window on the outside and wanted to leave it for a couple months to make sure there were no leaks. So here we are today, I called Patrick twice to see when he could come back and redo the window. Well again there is no call back. I had a contractor come look at the windows. Well, he was not surprised that the window was leaking - there is no caulking on the windows and no caulking on the new siding and now there are gaps in the siding. When I had the porch done, I also asked him to install a motion light off my garage in the front. Three months after that was installed, it quit working. When he came to see the porch I pointed out the light. He told me to get a new light and he would install it when he came back to do the window. I got the light but Patrick never showed up. So, I had to pay someone else to install the light - which I already paid Patrick for and now I have to hire someone to finish the windows in the porch the correct way.

I called after your visit, but you didn't answer, so I left a vm and text. Later in April, I called you and you answered that time. I asked about the estimate. You said that Danae had gotten my online inquiry and that she'd get back with. I stated that I wasn't trying to rush you and was patient because I want you to do the work. I reminded you that you said, "2 to 3 days (April 14) but it wasn't until April 24 that I got a concrete answer that you will not be doing the job. My contention isn't that you can't do the job, but that I wasn't given the courtesy to tell me that you weren't interested in providing the estimate nor would be able to do the job. If I hadn't called or inquired, I would never have gotten an answer at all. How could I give you a higher rating? You only came to look at the project. I can't grade you on quality, service or promptness because I have no reference point to go by. My review isn't harsh but simply stated as it happened. Danae seems to be the person who makes the decisions on which jobs to take. Maybe a conversation she be had with her if you don't want more reviews like mine.

Oscar responded to my call immediately then quickly came out to give a quote. It was a shocking and distressing situation so we appreciated his quick response time. He is very nice, and instead of trying to upsell with a lot of encapsulation stuff we didn't want or need, he quoted for exactly what the structural engineer said to do and did it right away. I sent the videos he took of his work to the structural engineer, who said it was exactly what he had recommended. Oscar and his crew also fixed something additional before leaving, which was a great help and kindness. The cost of the work was very reasonable, and the work was excellent and done right away. I highly recommend them.

Update: After review they called me and basically told me their business is doing well and that this review isn't going to hurt them. Not sure what the reason for that call was if not to remediate their mistake. When you call their number on google, it redirects to one of the company's employees. They don't seem to know how their phone system works, because they told me to text the number I called but it's not the actual phone number of the employee I talked to.

I left a review for Jenkins on Google Dec 2, 2022 only to discover it has since mysteriously disappeared, suggesting they petitioned Google to remove it, although there was zero harassment or policy violation. It merely was the reality of what happen and obviously that doesn't look good for business. I'd also like to add that because of their negligence with our crawlspace, a year after we moved back in (post fire), groundwater had evaporated into our ventilation and ducts, therefore contaminating our entire HVAC system with toxic mold. We only discovered this after our two small children were diagnosed with asthma and the pediatrician recommended testing our home for toxins, which is when we learned there was widespread toxic mold. Jenkins took very little accountability. We were again out of our home for 4 months for repairs (not done by Jenkins). * * * Due to a character limit I cannot post my full review. The long and the short of it is that we had an electrical fire that began in our crawl space. After 4 months of dealing with a sexist, poorly organized, lazy project manager with a lack of any sort of organization or communication skills, I had what was meant to be the "final walkthrough." (Please look at other Google reviews containing information about Scott and how he treated other customers- particularly women!) When I asked him why the entire crawlspace was still burnt and blistered, or why the moisture barrier was still melted and not replaced, or why there was no air duct to one of our air vents, he said "I didn't know it was gatored like that." As if you say we never mentioned the crawlspace to him....remember that's where the fire STARTED. They were fully prepared to let my two young children move into that environment. Pathetic for a company that has a Christian mission to serve. So after being passed around the company, repairs were ultimately made, though it was a headache. We had many things break, furniture and appliances go missing, and damage to our personal property that was not damaged by fire. They never viewed us people or this as a home. My two small children began to develop asthma symptoms within 6 months of being back in our home. At the recommendation of our pediatrician, we reached out to insurance who had us test for mold. Tests came back positive for toxic mold and we immediately moved out. The melted moisture barrier allowed ground water to enter the duct work that was open for 4 months, thereby entering the HVAC and spread throughout the house. For a company that specializes in restoration, one would think they would make an effort to prevent more damage and not cause it. They refused to take much ownership over the issue and finally insurance agreed to remedy the repairs (with another company) and not worry about collecting damages owed to them by Jenkins on our time. We already experienced a traumatic event that was nobody's fault, but the actions (and inactions) by Jenkins only exasperated our trauma, and physically poisoned our family. This company is deplorable. There were individual techs that worked hard and do a good trade. But the higher-ups are pathetic. They treated me like I was overreacting when I was level headed and calm when they butchered my house and were literally traumatizing me and my family.
