Según ellos mi caso "está en proceso", pero el follow up con el cliente es inexistente. Solo llaman cuando se acuerdan o cuando les nace. De verdad, ahórrense el dinero, el tiempo y las energías porque lo único que uno pasa es un mal rato. Y siempre envían email diciendo que el cliente no coopera, de paso quieren que el cliente envíe información demasiado sensible TODA POR EMAIL lo cual todos sabes que ese tiempo de información requiere de un portal no de email.
