Our hotel concierge recommended Silviano's, just opened a month ago by one of Cabo's prominent chefs who wanted to have his own place. Great recommendation! Service was very friendly and attentive, presentations were beautiful and the food was delicious. I had the fish of the day Veracruz style, one son had the fish blackened, wife and other son shared tortilla soup and fajitas (served in a molcajete) and the granddaughters had enchiladas. Everyone loved it. We were (unfortunately) too full for dessert. This restaurant is now on the list of ones we want to visit every time we come to Cabo. read more
