How Many YEARS have I been having free consultations with Ian us beyond belief. I'm so tired of his Free consultations!!! I recently reached out to him again for the 10000's time and he always answers my call. I requested his secretary put me on his calendar and told her I will not see him, unless he charges me a fee! Ian goes above and beyond any attorney I've ever encountered. I am probably one of the most problematic person I the state of California. I always run into very unfortunate circumstances that involve other people's wrong doing. Its feels more like a decade since Ian won my first case. I was an idiot and trusted the auto insurance was going to give me my settlement for me and my kids. A plumbing company rear ended us. I received a return phone call the following morning from Emily who asked the basic details about the incident and assured me that I would receive a return phone call by 11AM that day from Mr. Silverthorne. Two days later I still had not heard from Mr. Silvethorne, so I called again and spoke with Emily. She apologized and said she would make sure that Mr. Silverthorne would return my call immediately. 20 minutes later I received a phone call from Emily yet again, this time stating that Mr. Silverthorne couldn't even speak with me nor would he be able to assist me. Based on my interaction, I definitely would not recommend Silvethorne Attorneys. Mr. Silverthorne didn't even have the basic courtesy to return a phone to even discuss the facts of my case.
