The coffee is roasted in house in very small batches, following a medium roast profile, a very welcome sight in the coffee scene. Espresso is pulled with expertise, allowing the acidity and sweetness to shine through. Manuel and pour over methods are also offered with their own special twist. While the coffee is reason enough to come here, and the pastries and food add to the experience, in Apapacho it's all about the community. With their own herb garden, their tip system that goes to fund their bike program, and their communal skateboard, this shop truly intends to serve their community while making great coffee.
