They could not handle the situation and had to call us in to help. This facility also only has an LVN for a nurse, not an RN as they claim when you are evaluating the place. Their patient to caregiver ratio is not what they tell you. They have about 80 residents and at best you see 3 on each side. Their Med Techs are in need of training. Check your medication list often and make sure they update as the doctor updates the patients meds. Also do NOT switch your Medicare coverage to the Medicare rider they suggest - Brand New Day. Stick to your Medicare. The doctor they have come to the facility is an average doctor, not really equipped to handle patients with dementia.

Transportation locally is provided four days a week, which includes shopping, medical appointments, and special organized outings. A beautiful grass courtyard is the center of the complex which includes a dog park. Plenty of walking space and benches to enjoy the beautiful North County weather are provided.
