Initially, I thought my alternator was the issue because I couldn't start my car, but Jason let me know that it started up when was loading it on the tow and that I could save money driving it over to the shop myself. Not only did he go above and beyond with showing up ASAP, but he also helped me out significantly by unloading the car, keeping it running and telling me to drive over to the shop myself. We explained to him what he had tried and he re jumped start the car for us and he got it going for us. I tried to jump start her car but it wasn't starting. So he explained to us a reason why it might be and also let us know that we should get some wires looked at because they don't look well. Overall super satisfied with his service. They add all these fees to pad the tow bill. I admit I parked where i wasn't supposed to. Business was closed but they towed my vehicle, fine. It should have been $125 which is what they said they charge when towed when I called on my way over, then when I went to pick it up they added an "after hour fee $50" a "administrative fee $50" a skid fee, ect to run the bill up over $300!! I literally followed them to the impound yard. They didn't have my vehicle in possession for more than 10 mins!!! Be careful they will try to get you for as much as they can. They are not honest people, they will try to take you to the cleaners! I hope my invoice will help you keep them honest.

The police kind of shrugged and told me they'd come back in a few hours and mark it for towing if it was still there. The other towing companies that do impound for the police shrugged and said "wait for the police to mark it." These guys a half-hour after I called them had picked up the car and whisked it away. Illegally towed the vehicle then charged an absurd likely illegal amount and was "cash only". Cash only? Complete scammers. Can not legally require a customer to pay cash to get their vehicle. We got stranded in the mountains with no cell service and had to get a police officer to radio in a tow for us. The car we rented did not come with a spare tire so we were stuck! Andy showed up and quickly got us back to where we needed to be. They told me they'd be happy to meet me at my vehicle - approximately 7 miles away from my own destination and approximately 7 miles away from their location in Garden City - at 7PM. 7PM came and I called. Bill told me the driver was en route and to call him in 20 minutes if they had not shown. I was a little frustrated by this as we had schedule a time but I understand, things happen. 20 minutes came and went and I called Bill as instructed. He gave me the 20 minutes line again. I told him I was frustrated by their poor communication and lack of respect for my time. Bill didn't care or even offer an apology - he made excuses and I told him I would rather give my money to someone else. At 7:26 I called Boise Valley. At 7:58 I had paid their driver (says my card receipt) as he had my car loaded up and ready to go by that time.
