It doesn't cover complicated needs but basic care. Scheduling is crazy since it's like 2 weeks out. But I am happy as a person who needed to see a doc without paying an arm and a leg. I saw Jennifer upstairs in internal medicine. She is a PA. I thinks she has a great bedside manner and was super accommodating to me. Every prescription she gave me she would find out what it would cost before prescribing after telling her my current insurance less situation. I have been to "clinics " before in ghetto-er neighborhoods in my and even though this is technically clinic-y, it barely has that feel to me. Also this place is brand spanking new. So everything looks clean and not worn

He had been feeling unwell--displaying symptoms like fatigue, significant weight loss, and unusual coughing--so we decided to visit her on April 20, 2026. Upon our arrival, Dr. Ortiz introduced her student doctor, who conducted an examination. However, when Dr. Ortiz entered the room, her assessment was alarming. She diagnosed my fiancé with allergies and prescribed allergy medication without considering his more concerning symptoms, such as dark urine resembling tea and unexplained abdominal pain. When he expressed his worries, she dismissed them, suggesting he "train his belly" to avoid nighttime urination and even recommended Googling solutions. Despite my insistence on lab work, Dr. Ortiz refused, citing a previous normal lab from January. This lack of thorough examination and refusal to listen to our concerns was disheartening. Just days later, I had to rush my fiancé to urgent care, where he was found to be extremely anemic and in critical condition, requiring six blood transfusions and eventual transfer to the ICU. The medical teams at Northwest Hospital and the Mayo Clinic were outstanding, ultimately saving his life. They diagnosed and treated a rare autoimmune disease that could have been caught earlier if Dr. Ortiz had conducted a proper examination or ordered the necessary tests. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Dr. Ortiz to take her patients' concerns seriously and treat them with the care and attention they deserve. Regrettably, my family and I will no longer be patients at Marana Health Center, and I cannot recommend Dr. Ortiz based on our experience.

Impressive for someone trained in the western medical model. I usually look for a DO because I assume more open-mindedness and knowledge of non-medicinal physiological guidance. But Dr. Clark was still the first to ever probe with more personalized, targeted, holistic questions. She looks for actual improvements/changes during the billowy cloud of a treatment. Her attention and intention are an important part of what she does differently to affect a balanced change.

I was amazed at the technology, and the precision of the procedure, and I experienced almost no pain at all. Afterward, I felt relief from the constant pain in my lower back and legs, and I was able to do things I was severely limited to in the past. I just wish I had gotten this treatment sooner. I will recommend Pima Pain Center to anyone I meet that has back pain or related issues. I am extremely greatful. The office staff has very courteous and helpful, and I had no problems with sheduling appointments.

When I told him it was ineffective and had no positive effect on my pain, he had me kicked out of the practice! He fails to listen, misconstrues, is rude, & doesn't seem to care. I've been with this practice, with other providers, for about 10 years and have endured several of these procedures, with mostly minimal effectiveness. Once I told him it didn't work, he said he would lower my medication. Two days later I get kicked out or the practice. What kind of compassion is that? He made no effort to try to figure out the source of the pain or try alternative treatments. He is easily the worst physician I have ever interacted with & I'm 74 years old! He is only interested in the money he gets for procedures. The practice must know how bad he is, see all the other negative reviews,.but they just want the procedure money he brings in. Avoid this guy!!! Art Pacheco *
