I came here through a recommendation of a friend because I do not have insurance. I was able to get…read moretiered pricing for the services they offer for tier. It doesn't cover complicated needs but basic care. Scheduling is crazy since it's like 2 weeks out. But I am happy as a person who needed to see a doc without paying an arm and a leg. I saw Jennifer upstairs in internal medicine. She is a PA. I thinks she has a great bedside manner and was super accommodating to me. Every prescription she gave me she would find out what it would cost before prescribing after telling her my current insurance less situation. I have been to "clinics " before in ghetto-er neighborhoods in my and even though this is technically clinic-y, it barely has that feel to me. Also this place is brand spanking new. So everything looks clean and not worn

Letter written to the state medical board, (And keep in mind…read moreyou do not see or hear all the documentation) I have a serious complaint against my now former provider. My concerns are: 1. Inconsistent information 2. Refusal or delay of treatment 3. Poor communication 4. Misinterpretation of prescribing requirements and then continuing to provide the same information after the issue was questioned 5. Failure to address ongoing symptoms Marana Health in the Tucson area is responsible for all of these concerns. They sent me a letter stating that if I did not communicate with them respectfully they would terminate me as a patient. The times I became frustrated were after they had already dropped the ball multiple times, allowed medications I need to run out, and taken excessive time to respond even when advance requests were made. Most recently I was told that a referral was required before a prescription eye drop could be prescribed. I found no indication that this was a requirement and could not find support for that position through other providers or available information. The medication discussed was Xiidra. My retinopathy specialist explained that he focuses on the back of the eye while dry eye treatment is generally handled by providers who manage the front of the eye. During our discussion he did not express concern about the medication being inappropriate and indicated that my primary care provider could address the issue. The issue discussed was straightforward. My eyes have become increasingly dry due to weather conditions, location, and other medications. Over the counter products were no longer providing consistent relief and I was seeking a more effective treatment so I could continue working without interruption. I then waited approximately five days before receiving a decision. After that delay I was informed that the prescription would not be provided. Had I been informed earlier I could have contacted my eye specialist immediately and explored other options. Unfortunately by the time I received the response my specialist was unavailable. When I questioned the explanation I was again told that a referral was required. My concern is not simply that the prescription was denied. My concern is that I was given information that I believe may have been inaccurate and that significant delays occurred before I was informed of the decision. The issue involved treatment for ongoing symptoms that had already been reported to the practice. The individuals involved included Kathy and Heidi. I believe their handling of this matter was unprofessional and contributed to unnecessary delay in care. I am requesting review of the information that was provided to me, the handling of the prescription request, and the communication surrounding my treatment. I want to be clear that I do not have concerns regarding Dr G. My concerns are directed toward the handling of this matter by the practice and staff involved. Thank you for your time and consideration. Alan Dale

Impressive for someone trained in the western medical model. I usually look for a DO because I assume more open-mindedness and knowledge of non-medicinal physiological guidance. But Dr. Clark was still the first to ever probe with more personalized, targeted, holistic questions. She looks for actual improvements/changes during the billowy cloud of a treatment. Her attention and intention are an important part of what she does differently to affect a balanced change.

I got an adjustment and felt so much relief, and I decided to add on cupping which was $10 with my insurance. The adjustment is normally $52, but with my insurance it was $20. The office has walk ins, dependable hours, a TV area, a massage chair, and a small play space for kids which makes the visit feel easy and welcoming. I also met with Dr. Yolanda Rodriguez for a naturopathic consult and she was very informative. Their naturopathic services include acupuncture, nutrition programs, hydration IVs, and therapeutic IVs. They also offer esthetic services like lashes, microblading, waxing, and makeup, as well as a massage therapist. These additional wellness services are not covered by insurance, but it is so nice having everything in one place. They also support local artisans in the lobby which adds such a warm touch to the space. I love that their hours are work friendly and the whole team, from the welcome desk to the chiropractors, was very inviting and informative.
