Received a quote and then after they started the project, received a call that a service hadn't been included in the quote. The only quote I received only had balances and not the individual services. While I pointed this out, I still had to pay the price increase which was a more than 10% bump in my project. The lower rating is for what I feel is poor customer service. Not my issue if you can't quote the project correctly and I had no way of knowing what was on the quote. As i said, the truck looks great but if you do business with the CDA store, make sure you have everything in writing before hand or be prepared for the bait and switch. Even worse that this was a referral from a long time customer.
