We recently spent 2 nights at Silver Tree Cabin, and enjoyed our stay very much. Location is awesome. Lake Lure is so beautiful. This review is for Betty Jo, the housekeeper/cleaner/maid (not exactly sure of her title)! She was extremely sweet and made us feel welcome when we were checking in. She also went out of her way to go back to the cabin to look for my missing ring that I was hoping I had left in one of the bedrooms. Yassssss..!!! Ahhhh...!!!! Revived, renewed and energized! Cabin is fully stocked! Wayne the owner, has thought of everything you could possibly need! It is my favorite getaway, hideaway! Especially love that Melissa, the housekeeper, is nearby for any minor needs we may have had. The views are spectacular from the back deck on both floors. Will stay here again if I could. read more

Fantastic cabin! Silver Tree Cabin has everything. It is thoughtfully and thoroughly stocked. It is secluded yet close to everything: the beach, lake, boat and water ski rentals, zip-lining, hiking, wineries, restaurants, golf and the towns of Lake Lure and chimney rock.
