My wife's truck blew a water hose on Sunday near Hendersonville N.C. on the highway while towing a big trailer. Billy and Chuck came up with a single truck solution to getting our truck towed to a local shop for possible repairs the next day and then towed the trailer, wife and 2 kids to the campground that they were headed to. The kindness and courtesy shown to my family while I could only provide help on the telephone from 700 miles away was comforting. Thank you to Mr. Billy and to Mr. Chuck for their kindness and good work.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE -- LOOK ELSEWHERE!…read more If you're thinking about using this company for a tow, DON'T. Seriously. Call literally anyone else. We called at 11:30 AM to have a truck towed to a mechanic. After every call, we were given the same story: "We're just finishing up and will be there in 5 minutes." Five minutes turned into FIVE HOURS. At 4:15 PM, we were STILL sitting outside in 90-degree heat, waiting for a tow truck that apparently exists only in theory. The most frustrating part wasn't even the delay--it was being repeatedly told someone was "5 minutes away" when that clearly wasn't the case. If you value your time, your sanity, or simply not spending half your day sitting in the heat waiting for a tow that never comes, take my advice: LOOK ELSEWHERE. -- Five stars for the creative fiction about being "5 minutes away." 0 stars for actually showing up.
