Kids spent a lot time there during our stay and loved it! Things to note: if you're tent camping, note that there is no power. There are outlets but they aren't powered. Tent sites are also near the road so you will hear every truck passing during the night if you're not a deep sleeper. The irrigation pipes in the tent site area will cause water to flood around the base of the trees, so keep kids and pets away or they'll get a little muddy. The bathrooms are clean, but the stalls really need to be replaced. Out of the 3 stalls in the men's restroom, only 2 locked as the third was missing the locking mechanism. There's also no urinal, although there is a patched wall where it looks like there used to be one. The shower area looks nice with professionally installed tile. Enjoyed my time there, but a little renovation in the bathrooms would really make it shine. Also, I would either power the tent sites or remove the outlets.

Tiny home interior doors don't fit the openings so there's no privacy in the bedroom or bathroom. Not clean! The floor was filthy and there was hair throughout the home. The sauna didn't work. The wood deck needs stain. Everything looks neglected. The property is overgrown with weeds including around the picnic table areas. The tables are so beat up and weathered they had to be covered if used to avoid splinters. The perimeter of the property is covered in litter. The tiny home fee of $150/night was a rip off for the lack of care in cleaning and appointments. Our RV site was occupied when we arrived for the 3:00 checkin. We didn't take possession until 5:30 which was annoying. And I spent 10 minutes weeding the picnic area so it would be habitable and not such an eyesore to see. The communal bathrooms were soiled with remnants of diarrhea and there were hairballs all over the showers. One camper pulled his pickup out and spun out spewing dirt, rocks, and dust to those of us sitting outside. He also got on his atv and spun donuts in the campground streets. With no management on premises, there was no one with authority to deal with him. There isn't anyone in charge except the checkin receptionist for limited hours. This property is very poorly managed and nothing like the pictures used in the advertising. Too bad because the concept is cool and there is good potential for a special place.

Honestly wasn't mad at all -- it was one of the permanent RVs and it was very comfortable! I found the place relatively easily since my bnb host gave very detailed instructions. It comes with a parking spot and easy to follow instructions to get in as well. It had indoor plumbing, hot water, fully working kitchen accessories (including a small oven which I didn't use but was nice to have access to!) and a space heater in the bedroom. That heater was essential because it does get COLD at night if you don't use the central air system. The heater worked great though, my little room stayed a nice 73F although the rest of the place did get cold overnight. Of note - the walls are (obviously) THIN. It stormed/sleeted overnight and was windy so I could actually feel the place shaking. It was loud too but I always travel with ear plugs and those combined with an eye mask made it so I could easily fall asleep even though I did feel shaking from time to time with the wind. So come prepared! But otherwise I felt very safe/secure and comfortable. Would definitely stay again on a road trip :)
