He was quite diligent in his prep work to insure our furniture and knick knacks were protected with painters' plastic. He "back-screwed" the affected areas and assured me that I would have absolutely no problems with the repaired sections in the future. He skillfully matched the popcorn texture and ceiling paint so that the repair work was perfect and totally undetectable. Jamie has a very friendly attitude and will work with you and your schedule. Pricing was fair and comparable with others, though a bit on the high side; however, if one wants quality work, you should expect to pay for it. I am very satisfied with JK Craftsman's work and would recommend them to others.

From start to finish everyone at Bill Riley Painting was professional & courteous. Bill (JR) showed up not only on time but early to every single appointment He made with me. I hired Bill to work on a high end house that I manager projects For. The house had a atrocious builder with painting mishaps everywhere, drywall issues, you name it. The homeowners had hired a painter on their own previously to try an repair one of the rooms in the house and the painter simply made it worse. Managing this house is my full time job, the owners happen to be my lifelong best friends. so beyond wanting to make sure I hired someone with accountability that would make my job go smoothly, I needed to hire a company that was going to mesh and meld with my friends while they worked in their home. I also needed someone with a solid reputation who would even consider taking the job, to repair another painters work. Bottom line I had to put my trust in Bill because he truly was going to be a reflection on me. Bill, Dawn and Brandon worked as a team for two days straight. They communicated effortlessly. Bill presented us with a huge money saving opportunity which meant less money for him but he saw that what we had asked for wasn't the best course of action for the outcome we were looking for. So if we're keeping track, Bill has reliability, He has integrity and he is a leader. Their most senior painter Dawn, asked me to please walk around with her and inspect the job to make sure It was done to our satisfaction, she did this throughout the two days I was there. She encouraged me to speak up and she created an environment that I could openly do just that. Bill interacted with the homeowner in a way that was professional and warm. We trusted him from the start and he never once let us down. I tried to pay him early and he refused to accept payment before he knew the job was finished in a way that we were happy. Today I am going to drop off the payment to him and I had the pleasure I speaking with their office, Jan was courteous and kind. She gave an old school customer service feeling to a busy chaotic moment where so many companies not only don't provide a value, they don't have any value for their customers. Bill Riley Painting is an old school mom and pop family run business and they lend professionalism with kindness. Sorry for the long post, but it is warranted. Thank you Bill Riley Painting.
