Two big vertical lines on the TV screen as if someone threw something at TV. The base of the toilet seat was loose. No heat and it was cold. The shower temperature fluctuated. No blow dryer! To top it off we had dinner at their restaurant. We ordered wings which was fine. My meal was burnt including fries. My husband ordered spaghetti. It was dry, no flavor and small portions. It also took a long time for our food to come out the kitchen. I gave two stars because of the staff! That morning we went in town for a good breakfast with a reasonable price. We expect to pay more we're on vacation but $74 for burnt flavorless food.

Ali with TVR was so nice. She followed up with a call to tell me they'd found my coat. Then, they're mailing it to me free of charge. Couldn't ask for more than that!
