In both instances, Mark was there before the scheduled time, with a splendidly-clean vehicle. The limo was equipped with beverages, and Mark was so very helpful and accommodating. And THE PRICE - it absolutely amazed me how reasonable it was for the services they provided. I give this company 5 stars easily…read more My daughter was traveling for the first time to Portland International. She missed a shuttle that a college was providing due to her flight being delayed. She had to go all the way to Eugene which is a two hour ride. I found Portland Luxury on Yelp and the owner Billy put me and my wife at ease. He tracked my daughters flight information, picked her up directly at the airport and texted her before she landed with all of the directions on where to meet. He even texted me when he picked her up and at the end of the ride to confirm she arrived safely. I am from the New York area and did not have a connection in Portland but I am so great full for Billy and Portland Luxury. He was a guardian angel who made sure my daughter got to her location safely. I recommend this company to everybody. If you are landing in Portland give Billie a call!

Used the service to get to the Portland airport even though the driver was 45 minutes late for pick-up. When I talked with their dispatch person she said it was traffic. When we talked the driver he said he got lost. We were standing in front of our house trying to flag the oblivious driver down when he finally made it to our neighborhood. Not good. The service is not cheap. On our return flight into Portland they were a complete no show and blamed us, the customer. Due to the first mishap I had double checked that they had our return flight information correct and repeated to her because we live in Washington. She said it was confirmed as it was going to be a very late arrival it was important to make sure a driver was available. When we called the company because no car was waiting for us they were less than helpful and suddenly our reservation was never made. Blame a repeat customer is not a good way to do business. If I could give them no stars I would. Worst reserved car service used ever. Brad from Lucky limo reached out and took full responsibility for the communication errors that resulted in the less than good service. His actions and corrections made to our account shows he does care about his customers and the car services provided. Due to his professional attention and corrections to the issue I updated my rating from one to five stars. He did not ask for this change. It is so rare today that people and businesses do listen to their customers. Thank you to Brad. We look forward to using lucky limo in the future.
