I have always found the staff very friendly and help me find a specific plant I am looking for. Every year in May when I go for my large purchase of annuals, the staff always comment on my good sense of blending the flowers. If I wasn't a disabled senior, I would work there. I was formerly an interior plantscape tech, so I know when someone knows their stuff or is trying to bluff you. At Country Basket, if the staff cannot answer your question, they freely admit they do not know and find someone who does know the correct answer unlike some other local nurseries I have dealt with. l am looking forward to my next annual shopping trip in early May!

I got handcuffed a bit over a year ago so I'm very late on this review. My handcuffer thought she could whip up her own arrangement. That did not happen. Lol. She ended up coming here and asked that they do a small simple bouquet for herself. They knew she had to have it done fast, and dropped what they were doing to make her beautiful bouquet . It was simply gorgeous and was a great price. I would recommend anyone who is eloping or getting married to call them and have them do your arrangements. They're beyond fabulous and just their courtesy is worth a million dollars. Again, THANK YOU!!!

I generally go here because they are the closest to my house and they have always taken good care of me and this time was no exception. This weekend I was working on 2 projects, fixing under the sink and getting counter top for the bar. My first stop was to counter tops to get a quote. They were very helpful and informative and after explaining what I was planning recommended their pre-built laminate counter tops (I didn't want to wait several weeks for custom just for a bar in the basement). After that I went down to the wood where they cut some MDF for me that I used to repair under my sink. All the cuts were the right size and it all fit perfectly when I installed it. This place is great for building supplies and the staff is really helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

As you can see by the picture taken in Rona, the sign clearly states "As Advertised in Flyer". I have gone back and forth with the sales person,John Lampert, and he tells me the manager will not honor it unless I physically have the flyer. Since past flyers are not available how is this possible? Do not trust Lowes "No Hassle Gauruntee" it's impossible to clect on.

About a month out, I contacted them and spoke to Kathy who assisted me in crafting small changes to the "Garden Gala" arrangement on their website that caught my eye and I placed the order with a specific request for delivery to the hotel on our arrival date. That request was also met. In person the arrangement was beautifully stunning and filled the room with a glorious fresh flower aroma that lasted unabated for days. The result was exceedingly beyond reasonable expectations for a floral arrangement made by phone from distance in advance of the date required but which needed to be special to match the occasion. At the time the order was placed, the price was already excellent for the arrangement, however, post delivery and the delighted, surprised response from my spouse, the value and customer service far exceeded the cost. If I lived in the area, this would be the only florist I would use for any occasion.
