Contrary to some of the other reviews on this place (which, of course, experiences can be, and…read moreoften are, different for everyone), I've had absolutely zero negative issues with Pizza Factory in Grangeville. We order or dine-in probably once or twice a month, including roughly two weeks ago. I've yet to see the salad bar look bad, and their pizzas have always been on point for me. We usually spend anywhere from $30-$70 depending on whether or not my kids are here with me, but regardless, my experience has always been the same. Definitely a touch on the pricy side, but it's small-town Idaho...some things are going to be more expensive out here than, say, Boise or Spokane. So, I really can't complain about that. The pizzas are great, the salads have always been, for me, excellent...and my toddler can't help but nom down on the boneless chicken. Also, the staff are very friendly, professional, and I appreciate the work they do!

One person was working the place, meaning she was the bar tender, waitress, bus person, and cook. Needless to say it took a very long time for the food to come out. She warned us though that it'd be a while. The food itself was outstanding. The sandwich was packed with meat and there was no skimping on my buddies salad either. Drinks are self serve. It was huge and perfectly cooked medium rare. Add a large loaded baked potato, a salad, and bread with herb butter and I was stuffed.
