I took my grandson to learn about gun safety and Mark took his time explaining everything about owning a weapon. He highly emphasized responsibility and gave clear and detailed question and answers as well as showed scenarios and asked my grandson what he would do if he were ever faced with those situations. Mark also went over regulations and laws and even what to do if pulled over and questioned by a police officer. When my grandson was stumped and didn't know how to answer a question, Mark made sure to explain the whys and hows. There is a huge stigma around California and restrictions and firearms, but when you dig into it, it's not nearly as bad as people want to make it out to be (the biggest kicker is that magazines 10 or less are easier to transfer in). Simultaneously working with me, my father, gunbroker.com, and a FFL dealer in California. It was fantastic coordination. There was even 1 FFL dealer that wouldn't even attempt to help me because the name "California" was uttered...they did the equivalent of hanging up on me. But RT jumped in, supported me, realized that the 2nd amendment extends to all 50 states, and when you do this lawfully and with care, it's not a big deal at all.
