He would send the health plan charts he'd to forgotten to send prior to meeting 2. He would send a personalized health plan according to what he had learned in the interview/meeting. 3. He would send a follow-up e-mail, as customary, with details for our next meeting. None of that happened. Still, I took the first step to send a follow-up e-mail the next day because the whole point of the meeting is of importance to me(health). No response.
