He goes out of his way to only do what is needed and also tell you what can wait to be done. I really don't trust anyone else to work on my cars. The most recent vehicle I brought him a Mercury Mariner he told me you got a lot of life left in these brakes you can wait to change those. So in effect saved me $500. With little choice, we limped at 40mph 20 miles back to Butte. That was Saturday. We holed up in a hotel until Monday when things opened back up. Dealership service dept.s were full up. Kevin, office manager, of Car Tune took in our truck with no promise of being able to fix whatever was wrong in a hurry but did offer to run diagnostics asap. We left the vehicle with him/them and made our way back to our hotel. After only a few hours Kevin called us and said it was fixed. Indeed it was. We were able to salvage part of our intended trip and drove the truck pulling our trailer back home - 630 miles, 11.5 hours. No overheating. The truck ran perfect. Thanks Kevin, Kevin and crew! Fearing the worst, I took it to this dealership, located close to the hotel I had stayed the night before. Arriving, the young woman whom I failed to get a name, was so helpful along with the other young women who I engaged in conversation. I was told a possible hour wait, but I was ok with that knowing the vehicle safety was my prime concern. I spent maybe ten minutes speaking with a new car salesman, "Dustin LeProwse" who told me of the many new Toyota products along with tremendous customer service. After maybe ten minutes, the young woman told me that my car was ok. Seemed the crisp air, (31 degrees), caused the light to come on. Also I was told the technician adjusted the tire air pressure. Overall I drove 7730 miles over ten days and I must say that the level of customer service I received was above board, and the dealership must be proud to have such valuable employees!!!
