The owners of this establishment are very polite and outgoing. All the other dry cleaners I have been to have been rude and disrespectful. I have since moved away, about 30-45 min, but I still go to get my clothes and other items cleaned. Also, I had forgotten to take off my pins on the military uniform and the owners took them off and wrapped them in paper to give back to me. Nothing on the uniform or my pins were damaged. I don't know how many times other cleaners damaged the buttons or a forgotten pin was melted onto the clothing. They truly do take the time to take care of their customers. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends.

Jennifer worked with me to set up appointments, provide pricing for accessories, and answer any questions that I may have had. She always greeted me and my guests at the door with a smile. When my schedule got a bit crazy, Jennifer patiently provided options for dates and times for fittings. She is an asset to Nilah's business! Nilah herself was incredible - she made my gown into exactly what I pictured, and it fit PERFECTLY the day of the wedding. Nilah was able to change the bodice of the gown into a sweetheart shape, something I really wanted from the beginning, with no problem. The half French, half American bustle that she added was gorgeous! Nilah also provided choices for accessories, and I purchased a beautiful rose gold cluster belt (which she secured to the dress) and two hair pieces. The cost also seemed reasonable based on what I understand of bridal alterations pricing, and getting the wedding dress to fit perfectly is probably one of the most important parts of the day. I also appreciated that she and her assistants are responsive via email for setting up appointments which is not the case with all vendors (it's much easier to send an email than find the time to make a call at times!).
