All of the staff was so friendly except for the bouncer. Jake or Josh I think was his name, tall guy with earrings. I walked up to the venue with a Red Bull in my hand and he came out of nowhere and said you gotta get rid of that. You can't be here with that. He was so rude. There is a right way and a wrong way to tell somebody they can't have any outside beverages. I also watched him be just as rude to a family that was trying to leave with their cokes. Nobody likes a bouncer attitude. You can be much more polite. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this beautiful restored venue for seeing a show
