This was a really fun and spacious venue. The outside was huge and we got through the line pretty quickly. It's nice that there is another venue for EDM! The lasers are awesome too.

Recently visited Dallas and I had to check this EDM venue out for myself as my friends have said nothing but good things which were all true. The dance floor is not overcrowded and there is actually enough space! Bathrooms are clean with attendants all night. There is too big bars along side of both left and right! Quick lines and reasonable pricing. The highlight to me was that this venue had full running ac perfect to dance all night in

Excellent first experience. The staff was very friendly and professional (bouncers, check-in, parking, bartenders, security). The sound is first class, the drinks are good, reasonably priced ($16 for a vodka Redbull) and served quickly (two huge bars one on each side). The screens are big and good quality and the air conditioning is perfect (yesterday it was 20F outside). Getting in, at 11pm on a Saturday only took a few minutes. It's also very clean. I used the purple parking and it was just a few feet away from the door ($25). Definitely coming back for other concerts.

Loved the venue and the space. It was perfect to listen to EDM music. I also appreciated the fans that kept everyone cool. Affordable drinks for the Dallas downtown area. A lot of little touches like this made this venue special. Well done.

Was visiting Dallas and a friend invited me out to Silo. I was able to buy a ticket at the door for Galantis. The space was big and nice. Air circulation was good and never felt too stuffy. The large tvs on the stage were awesome and the lasers were next level! Sound system could be better but it's still really good. The biggest problem I have are with the huge pillars. Unless you're dead center, the pillars def can obstruct your view.

Really nice venue. Saw Deadmau5 where you can get up and close to the DJ. The bartenders and entire staff were super friendly and personable. Drinks were reasonably priced and not watered down. Bathroom was very large and clean. Would definitely go back to see another show here with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy

Def a DJ spot! Saw miss Nora En Pure Easy entry, Inside is large and roomy. Carpeted parts were kind of funny... and just as we were commenting on the carpet, this girl puked pastel blue liquid right on the steps Only complaint was the crowd that night, felt like we were in a silent disco; music was bumpin, most people were silent Will return. Lineup is money.

New EDM club. Seeing tiesto tonight! Long lines but move fast. there's no sign indicating of the club anywhere outside but just find valet and ask. Sound was good enough. For grand opening, it went smoother than I thought

The atmosphere was completely astounding! Bar service was great and the DJ sets were mind blowing fun! Came from Oklahoma to see Sammy Virji, will definitely come back. (And I loved that the a/c was blastin'!)

What a great place for an intimate concert or music event! I saw David Archuleta in the Cambridge…read moreroom, and I was the first one that I have been to a concert in this specific side room of the house of blues. It was small, intimate, and super fun! Everyone was super respectful about personal space, In the audio was fantastic. There was a much table outside of the room as well as a small one right when you enter the room. This stage was rather small, but it also allowed the audience to see the performers pretty close up. David was super super talented. The two dancers that he had on stage also was a great addition to his vocals. Band was also really good. It was also pretty easy to get an Uber when the concert finished. We definitely recommend seeing one of your favorite artist here, especially since it's such an intimate venue compared to big stadiums in arenas

HOB is always very chilly inside and this was no exception. The decor is very nice and since it's small you always have a good view. Only 2 things I did not like. 15 dollars for a canned beer is outrageous. Shots of good alcohol were cheaper at 12.99. The bartender was less than pleasent and very crusty. Then with the show still going on she was closing down the bar. It was before 11pm and people were still wanting drinks. I would live to go here again though just for the room and the sound

I like the staggered standing levels. A few different bars - lobby or just inside the theater to keep you hydrated. Parking can be easy on Greenville in certain places if you know where to look although as new restaurants are opening nearby I'm gonna lose my go-to parking. Love that the CD World owner bought this place years ago and made it such a great venue. Also love that it's in my hood.

Although they offered seating down low, it was constantly rotating on availability depending on the performers. If I wanted to find a seat, I could have. I mostly stood near the bar which wasn't too crowded since it was an all ages event. After standing there for about 2 hours, they did ask us to move to the end of the bar for potential customers .. there never really were more than 3 people ordering at a time, but we still moved. We got tall boy White Claws and it was the perfect sipper drink. The lighting and sound was good for the experience here and they had plenty of vantage points (including a VIP upper floor). Security wasn't bad, I didn't bring a bag, so I breezed through. There's a large parking structure right behind the TBF, so walking over was very easy too. We did initially have handicap people in our group who opted not to attend after we shared that the surrounding sidewalks were not very level and that the amount of people might be a little tricky for navigating with a walker. All in all though, I had a great time here!

Think I heard it holds about 400 people. There's a bar in the back, and a bar to the side of the stage, so it was pretty easy to get a drink at all times (important!). I can't really comment about the sound because the Buzzcocks played LOUD, but I enjoyed it, even when I went deaf. The opening band wasn't really my cup of tea, so we all went out to the patio. A huge patio at that. It was fun looking at the Dallas skyline and watching the hoochie mama's below going to the Pittpull concert. Hello silicone, but I digress. I didn't really mind paying $4.50 for weak cocktails, or $4 for Shiner, even when it was poured in a plastic cup. The bathroom attendant was so unnecessary, though. Is she always there? There are only two bathroom sinks, and we were at a punk show ferfucksake. Any who. I felt the venue was solid for what it does, and the fact that I was able to get so close to punk legends sealed the deal.

That can only be accomplished by being up close and personal. The loft is so much more intimate than the Palladium below. The bartenders can get busy, especially between sets, but don't worry they'll get to you. Between sets take a breather on their awesome balcony. Take some pics with your friend/significant other with the Dallas skyline. With all these positive marks you would expect a 5 star review. Sadly, the band line up is pretty limited. My favorite recurring band are the Spazmatics. I wish they could take a cue from Granada's rotation. Still, if your favorite band comes, it's a no brainer! Band with a view

First of all, the Bishop Arts District itself is incredibly charming. Block after block of unique shops ranging from bookstores and bakeries to candle shops, candy stores, coffee spots, and little boutiques. It's exactly the kind of neighborhood I loveeeee exploring while traveling and if I lived in Dallas, I'd probably frequent this area often. As for The Wild Detectives, the concept alone immediately appealed to me...bookstore meets cafe meets bar meets restaurant. That combination will pretty much always grab my attention. I love to read, I love to eat. The space has a pretty relaxed, community oriented vibe, and during my Saturday morning/early afternoon visit, there were plenty of people working, reading, chatting, and hanging out both inside and on the patio. My one slight disappointment was that the bookstore side itself was smaller than I expected and didn't have quite as extensive a selection as I had imagined. That said, I still managed to leave with a few great additions for my ever growing TBR pile. Overall, this was a worthwhile stop and one I may revisit the next time I'm in Dallas.
