I contacted support through email and it took a week and a half for them to respond. Second problem wasnt really there fault but usps couldnt deliver to my address so i contacted them once more and again it took about a week for them to get back to me. I asked if it was possible to get a refund or resend my order to different adress. They have not responded since. Its been almost three weeks. Since ive heard nothing from there support i had no choice but to chargeback my order unfortunately. A terrible experience.
