Here is my first hand experience with the firm: 1 - on time and highly responsive 2 - take a consultative approach providing guidance at every step 3 - very process/procedure oriented 4 - have the best interest of L&P on mind, not the client's 5 - recommend useless work that will cost you 1000s of dollars 6 - continuously set lower expectations and then claim victory when even a little bit is accomplished. 7 - make no attempt to bring your case to a decent conclusion because they make more money if it drags on Real Example - After I fired L&P, my new attorney was able to create, negotiate and sign an order in the court during just one status conference. The whole thing took less than an hour. With L&P, similar effort would take up to 6 weeks and at least $10,000! Go find yourself a more aggressive lawyer who will fight for you.
