Teen son acne, allergic reaction care, skin cancer prevention and just general skin health care. This may sound ridiculous but they feel like an extended family, the office personal are so inviting and remember me and family everytime, same with any techs they have and ofcourse the doctor. I always feel so well taken care of and that there is a genuine quality here you can't find in many places if at all anymore. As an older mom now, I also like to indulge in things like Botox, I feel much better getting this done from a doctor than a pop up type Botox environment. If something was to go wrong or to have a reaction, a doctor is much more capable in that situation. Highly recommend if you need dermatology care in the High Desert area.

I can't say enough great things about Colleen! Working with her has truly changed my life in ways I…read morenever expected. When I first started, I thought fitness was mostly about working out, but Colleen helped me understand that real transformation starts with what we put into our bodies and how our bodies use food for fuel. She taught me so much about body composition, how to count my macros, and how to make nutrition work for my goals instead of against them. One of the biggest eye-openers for me was learning the importance of eating good carbohydrates. For years, I steered away from carbs because I thought I couldn't lose weight if I ate them. Colleen helped me understand the difference between good carbohydrates and processed foods, and she showed me how the right carbs actually fuel your body, support your workouts, and can absolutely be part of a healthy weight-loss journey. What makes Colleen so special is that she doesn't just give you a plan--she educates you, empowers you, and genuinely wants you to succeed. She took the time to explain the "why" behind everything, which completely changed the way I think about food, fitness, and taking care of myself. Because of her guidance, I have more confidence, more knowledge, and a healthier relationship with both food and my body. Beyond her incredible expertise, Colleen is supportive, encouraging, and truly invested in her clients' success. You can feel how much she cares, and that makes all the difference. She has given me tools and knowledge that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. I would highly recommend Colleen and all of the services she provides to anyone looking to improve their health, fitness, and overall well-being. She has made such a positive impact on my life, and I am so grateful I had the opportunity to work with her.

Unfortunately my experience here was not great. My…read moreappointment was Dec 8th to get prescribed weight loss medication, I have been on it before but the military has moved my family and I needed to establish a new provider. Firstly, I've never been somewhere that does not have the medication on hand and this location does not. They have to order it from a pharmacy which started my crappy journey. They ordered the prescription Dec 8 and told Me they would call me when it came in. Understanding enough, they said holidays might delay it some and I was patient. After waiting almost 3 weeks I call them about it and they told me it "got shipped to them but sent back" and they were sorry and I had to wait for it again. It was the week of Christmas so of course it wouldn't be there. They promised it would be there the Monday after so I drove my 1.5 hours there and guess what, they didn't have it. At this point I've been waiting a month for the prescription. 1) what kind of wellness company let alone PHYSICIAN orders from A pharmacy and doesn't even track their own prescriptions? They ordered it then never even saw it got sent back/ wrong location, whatever the excuse (they gave me different reasons each time). I literally had to call them after all this time then they say "oh sorry wel get it now for you" and couldn't after almost a month of screwing around. They told me they "have so much" and can't keep up with it but honestly it's just bad business and laziness. 2) even after all this they wouldn't call me the day I was coming in to get it, just to say they still don't have it. Long story short don't waste your time with them (literally), they are just winging it with this business. I went to a different weight loss company down the road and on the same day i have product in my hand. Garbage this place is.
