She based the edges around my head but didn't based my entire scalp. I was nervous I might burn but.... I didn't!!! She worked that relaxer in my hair and throughout. She led me to the most comfortable shampoo chair. It is already leaned back into the sink, which as a customer I am very grateful for. She SCRUBBED my scalp and Lord Jesus, it felt good!!! I was in heaven. I asked for a simple flat iron style and she delivered. My ONLY complaint is that she trimmed my hair without asking if I wanted a trim or was ready to pay extra for it. I didn't find out it was an extra fee until my total came to $60. So while I am very happy with my outcome, that is something that I am not too happy. However, I would go back and be VERY clear on what the charges are for my services. For those in Paulding County, this is a great Salon to try out and see if you like it.

My time is just as valuable as any service provider. I checked out the reviews on yelp and came by on Wednesday to make an appointment for Saturday. Showed up on Saturday 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and there are two stylists, two clients in the chair and two clients under the dryer. No way they're going to get to me any time soon so I may as well take my money elsewhere. Waited until 3:00 before I walked out. Had to come back and edit my review. After I walked out and got into my car they stylist who scheduled my appointment came out to ask me if I was leaving and I said yes. She said she was finishing up and wanted to known why I would leave as she was finishing. I told her that my appointment was at 2:30 and she said "but it's a salon on a Saturday." So I guess I shouldn't even bother to make an appointment because I should expect to wait since it's a salon in a Saturday? But I bet if I showed up 30 minutes late it would be a different story.

I would recommend finding a 5 star place, because it makes a difference. The grade of hair you purchasing to get put in your head, should be a better quality or hair than you have, and you want a stylist who truly cares about their work and can recommend what might look good, or be flattering, not this salon. I would put photos up but I don't wanna be seen with this hair. They didn't help, they didn't make it right, they messed up my hair and she had no accountability at all, and was going to charge me another $300.00 to $400.00 to fix it. Where do they do that at? She said she did a good job and didn't think anyone would do better, I appreciated her confidence but yeah right, she offered NOTHING To help. I left her space in tears, and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone who is looking for higher end hair or service. When I booked the appointment it said with hair 200, with out hair 125, when I got there, it was different, and she didn't know where I got that deal from, but that that with the hair was going to be $600.00.

The business owner is insane. Attached are screenshots…read more I came in for a haircut today with one of their stylists, Chloe. While I was in there, we were chitchatting and I just didn't feel too confident in the haircut that I would get based off of some of the questions she was asking and her general demeanor. After sitting in the chair for about a minute, I gently said, "Chloe I'm sorry I don't think that I'll be able to get a haircut here today." She said that's ok, took the apron off me, and walked me out the door. I then get a message 25 minutes later from the owner, telling me that I was stealing from her business and that she was calling the police on me! Her stylist had not cut any of my hair and I had only been in her chair for 1 minute before stopping her! Also, Chloe said that's fine and walked me out without asking for me to pay for "her service". This business owner is insane and feels it acceptable to call the police on her potential clients. I have no problem responding to the owner if she decides to react to this review to "explain the situation" to make herself not look so bad. I can back up everything I've claimed and I'm quite upset by the situation.

Unfortunately I wanted to love this salon…read more I had to sit on this review. But, let's be honest. $200 plus $70 tip..I need to review. Day of, I received a call from the owner (who I know), saying she'd have to have another stylist do my hair. Sure, no problem. This 1 time. I had an appt on Saturday @ 1pm. Came about 15 mins prior to my appt time. In case. The owner was talking to the stylist about how to do my hair etc etc. To be honest, I SHOULD of said something, the stylist that was going to do my hair, looked nervous. But I kept my mouth shut. She's the expert, not me. Right?! I needed a cut & highlights. We decided to do partial highlights since I was stressed for time. Needed to be out by 430pm. Since I had reservations @ 630pm. Let's just say, I left the salon, with the same hair. No cut, and at 530pm instead of 430pm. I texted the owner & told her next time, someone else has to do my hair. She asked if I liked my hair. I flat out lied. I was stressed for time & didn't want to stress on the matter, as I had some place to be. I wanted to like my hair, but the next day. When I took a good look, I was pretty pissed, more than anything. There are noticeable highlights when I tie my hair up, otherwise, my roots up top are still far out & looks like no color attached on. At the end - 2 other stylists had to join in to help. Which is why I tipped $70. I did set up another appt but eventually cancelled. I even went on IG to see the stylist's page. She's great! She's been doing it for years, but I'm still unsure of what went wrong. Now if I at least had a hair cut, I don't think I'd be as unpleased. And definitely would return to try & get it fixed. But, this whole situation def made me upset, angry, and down right sad.

My sister left her card to pay at the end and they obviously took advantage of the situation when she left her card with my mom to pay.
