This FedEx takes SmartPost packages. I wasn't sure what that was or how it worked, but luckily she knew and quickly took care of everything. I was in and out in less than a minute. Called in a couple of days later to follow up and they sifted through their emails and said "Oops, looks like it got lost in the process. We'll get that started right away." Called a week later to check the status of my order and they told me another 5 business days. Tried calling them for the past 2.5 weeks and their phone number goes straight to voicemail. I've left messages, emailed them and wrote them on FB messenger with no response still. Very unreliable and unprofessional!
