I showed up to pick it up this morning and they hadn't even started it. I went over to Signs Now hoping for a last-minute solution, and they came through in a big way. They were able to turn around my sign in about an hour and really saved me. I wouldn't expect that kind of turnaround every time, but they stepped up when it mattered most. Review overdue. I went to Signs Now to get my car fully wrapped, and it was impressive. Do keep in mind that the weather factor plays a lot into the completion of the project. Also they do not necessarily specialize in car wraps as they have no garage, but despite that, they did a good job. Took several visits but had great communication. My main point of contact was Rudy, great graphics designer, and the team who put on the wrap did excellent work. Basically if you have a design, work with the designer and the team and you will not be disappointed. Will come back for any printed design work. I had the great opportunity to speak with one of the designers right off the bat. Even though I didn't need design assistance, he was very well-versed in the process, materials, method, sizes & options. The black background of my banner didn't have enough time to set, so it had inconsistencies after being rolled. The staff (thankfully) replaced that banner with a brand new one for me. With the full day to set, it looks great after being rolled! I have already recommended others to this store. In some cases, they can finish your banner project the same day. This is absolutely the WORST place in Sacramento to go for anything automotive-related. I recently had them wrap the top of my new MX-5... just the power hardtop. They did a terrible job. parts were smooth, parts were rough, cut lines were uneven, there were scratches and lines in the vinyl... I could go on and on. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge (which was higher than anyone else quoted). So it is NOT ALWAYS TRUE that you get what you pay for. I emailed the owner on 3 occasions, called once, and still did not receive a satisfactory reply. I get the impression that they just wish I would go away. Well I would, except... I removed the wrap myself and found a nice 1" scratch (into the clear coat) on my previously perfect roof, that was made by the wayward knife of one of their installers. My recommendation? If you value your property and your vehicle, stay away from this place. read more

This might seem like an odd review, as I was only in the shop on Fulton Avenue for five minutes, and no money was exchanged. I'd had a laminated auto show poster designed and produced at the Signs Now midtown location. In my haste to get the finished product to my client, I had declined to have them wrap it. As I was about to arrive at the client's business, I noticed a Signs Now right down the street. I walked in to request a wrapping and Theresa took it without hesitation and refused any payment.
