I had some basic ideas of what I wanted and Identity Graphic Design's initial questionnaire helped to further define and clarify what I was trying to accomplish. The logo design process went smoothly and quickly. Bill and Linda provided a very comprehensive package that continues to save me time and money. All the various files types I have found myself needing over the past two years were provided up front. I love my logo and my customers love it. I know because they continually tell me how fun it is, and how much they enjoy it. I embroider it on all my shirts and jackets and it continually gets me noticed. I have recommended their design services to several business associates, all of whom have had the same enjoyable experience I enjoyed. If you need help with your identity this is the place to start.

The employees are professional, focused, talented, and go above and beyond on a regular basis. What impressed me most about Aqabatech is the exceptional customer service directly from the web developers and IT staff. It's not often you find an an IT staff with both right brain and left brain capabilities. They can articulate the scope of the project, what needs to be done, and what the end result will look like and explain it to the average person in a very simplistic manner so I can make an educated decision. In addition, they can provide peice of mind so you know and feel your in good hands. Nothing can be more stressful than having doubts or question their judgement. In the end, none of this matters unless they deliver on their promise and produce results. My website had an excellant design, easy and simple navigation, attractive appeal to our intended audience, and user friendly for my company and clients to use. Their digital media, social media, and web strategy for us delivered an effective message while more than doubling our exposure and company awareness, My experience working with Aqabatech was nothing short of excellent. The breadth and depth of their industry experience is obvious in every project they work on. I would recommend Aqabatech to any client or business without hesitation. I regret having to leave a review like this about a small business, as they are the backbone of America. But right is right and wrong is wrong. We originally had a sign out front of our business. A truck came in and ripped down the wire that goes out to the sign. We called Earl Daup Signs to come out and put up a new wire and a new sign. (The sign looks great by the way). We met with Gerald Daup and expressed our concern with how low the wire was. We talked and was told that they would get it up a little bit higher when they install the new one. They finished the work today 06/18/2024, and now our wire is much lower than it was before. I expressed my concern to Gerald and he said as long as its 14' then we shouldn't have a problem and that you don't want to make it too tight because that could cause issues. (I understand). But the other issue could be more people hitting our wire now and ripping it out. I called him back to let him know that it was only 10'. He said he would call his guys to find out what they think. Sure enough he called back and basically said there's nothing they can do. We are now $5450 dollars shorter for something that will be a problem again. Don't do business with this company as clearly there are empty promises and they cant back up what they say they will do. They clearly only give lip service in order to get your money. We now have to buy some caution signs saying "Danger Low Overhead Wire" but lets see how long that will last.
